10.0The staff was wonderful and very helpful; 24 hr service ! The room was very clean and breakfast was plentiful. Great location if you don’t mind a short walk to the historic town center ; would definitely recommend.

10.0This is definitely a budget hotel. For what we paid, we received excellent value and service. The rooms were clean (though minimal) - cleaned daily with fresh towels, the staff all very helpful, the breakfast more than adequate, and even though the walk to the downtown core a bit further, (25 min to ponte Vecchio) - it was certainly manageable. Easy to airport.by tram, and bus stops for other travel.

6.0Overpriced for the condition of the hotel and room. One single extremely bright ceiling light and no bedside lamp made going to bed very difficult. Aircon functioned by was quite noisy. Bathroom condition however excellent following refurbishment. Convenient location for 20 min walk into the city. Overnight parking at the property expensive on top of the high room price and also limited. Breakfast (basic) was at least included in the price.
