10.0Localização perfeita! Na rua da Basílica Santa Maria Maggiore e a poucos metros da estação Roma Termini. A estação de metrô Vittorio Emanuele também fica a poucos metros. Fomos recepcionados pelo Vincenzo que explicou todos os acessos ao prédio e ao quarto, além de nos passar ótimas dicas de Roma. O quarto é bastante espaçoso e tem banheiro privativo. Foi feita limpeza e organização do quarto todos os dias, de forma impecável. Não tem café da manhã, mas existe chaleira no quarto com café solúvel e chá. Todos os dias o café era reposto e também era deixado um pão delicioso (ou croissant, não sei ao certo). O wi-fi falhou algumas vezes e a TV estava sem o controle remoto, mas quem vai a Roma para assistir TV? hahaha Com certeza me hospedaria novamente.

Pienen Rooman matkan ajalle sopiva siisti vaatimaton huone.
8.0Päivittäinen siivous ja pienet aamupalakeksit joka aamulle olivat mukava lisä. Kylpyhuone oli iso ja siistin tyylikäs. Sänky oli hyvä ja mitään ääniä ei kuulunut. Tämä kohde on kerrostalo huoneisto jossa on aula/toimistotila ja 3 huonetta. Meillä oli hyvä tuuri, kun muista huoneista ei ollut mitään häiriötä meille. Vuokraaja oli todella miellyttävä ja auttavainen. Metro lähellä.
− Kerrostalon rappukäytävä henki vanhaa aikaa, ei tosin haitannut. Huoneeseen olisin halunnut seinille jotain sisustuselementtejä ( ihan muutaman euron arvoisia) piristykseksi. Nyt huone on kalsea. Myös toinen tuoli olisi kiva.
