10.0The location is excellent, right in the middle of Florence and walking distance from anything we wanted to do. It was very spacious. The rooms were big and comfortable. The kitchen is handy to have, we used it very little just because we were so busy.

− Nous avons eu froid....la température intérieure de l'appartement est trop basse surtout pour nous qui venions d'une île tropicale....
We loved the apartment and would recommend to others and consider staying again.
9.0The spaciousness of the property, cleanliness and the bathrooms were very well appointed.
− There was a very unpleasant odour entering the building and when the windows were open that seemed to be from pipes. Once in the apartment and due to the many perfume infusers, the smell was not so bad. I don't believe this is a long term issue as we saw road works that may have contributed to the issue.

10.0Location was great..close to a number of tourist sights. Very clean, had everything you need for a short stay. Instructions about property, places to eat, visit..lots of helpful information . Host was very helpful.
