10.0We loved the breakfast, the staff, and the location and value. The only negative is that we had large suitcases and there was very little room for our clothes. Bathroom tiny but the steam shower was amazing.

10.010/10 location was amazing!!! This was probably my favorite hotel we stayed at in all of Japan! So peaceful and combines old world charm with modern vibes ! Front desk was so helpful and everything was perfect!
