− The air conditioning was a bit weak and when you got back after a very hot day the room took a long time to cool down. There was also a lack of surfaces for the bathroom.

− Nossa experiência no hotel foi positiva em vários aspectos, mas houve uma situação extremamente desagradável antes do check-in que merece ser mencionada e outra com um casal de hóspedes francesas que indicam que o processo de check-in precisa ser revisto. O hotel enviou, pelas mensagens do Booking, um link externo para pagamento da taxa turística. Logo depois, vi um aviso do próprio Booking orientando os hóspedes a nunca efetuarem pagamentos por links enviados nas mensagens que redirecionem a qualquer tipo de pagamento fora da plataforma. Como eu já havia pago e, naquele momento, nosso eSIM internacional parou de funcionar durante a viagem de trem, passei mais de três horas acreditando que havia caído em um golpe e perdido todo o saldo da minha conta Wise. Felizmente, não houve fraude, mas foi um estresse completamente desnecessário. O hotel não deveria adotar um procedimento que contradiz as orientações de segurança da própria plataforma. Outro problema: um casal de idosos franceses ficou do lado de fora do hotel porque perdeu a conexão do eSIM, a recepcionista não estava presente no horário informado, entrou em contato explicando e dando as instruções de acesso, mas como eles não estavam recebendo, houve um grande desencontro. Só conseguiram entrar porque intermediamos o contato. Problemas de conexão acontecem. Por isso, informações essenciais de acesso nunca deveriam depender exclusivamente de internet no momento da chegada. Podem ser enviadas com alguns dias de antecedência, por exemplo pelo WhatsApp para que o hóspede tenha essas informações salvas antes da viagem.
