9.0Très bien situé, bel appartement confortable et parfait pour profiter de Lisbonne. Nous étions deux adultes et un enfant et l’emplacement était amplement suffisant pour être confortable.
− L’équipement dans la cuisine est un peu insuffisante. J’aurai aimé avoir des lignes à vaisselle et un peu plus d’équipement pour faire à manger. Mais on a été en mesure de se débrouiller quand même.

− Hand shower and blind needs fixed. Toilet runs and fig tree brings fruit flies into the house. Flight path is noticeable

10.0Todo estaba perfecto, limpieza y tenia todo los útiles que pudieras necesitar. Ubicación perfecta, no tuvimos nunca problemas de aparcamiento cerca. Contacto con anfitrión perfecta.

Gut gelegenes Appartment mit dringendem Renovierungsbedarf
3.0Die Lage war als Ausgangspunkt sehr gut, um aus Sightseeing-Tour zu gehen, essen zu gehen und Abends was trinken zu gehen. "Schlüsselübergabe" und Kontakt im Vorfeld unproblematisch. Ansprechpartner jederzeit ansprechbar.
− Feuchtigkeit und Schimmel Fenster im oberen Bereich könnten nicht geöffnet werden. Handtücher, Bettwäsche fleckig. Balkon nicht vertrauenswürdig. Möbel auf Balkon kaputt. Wohnung liegt in Einflugschneise. Alle 2-5 Minuten ein Fluglärm von landenen Flugzeug. Wäre eventuell einer Erwähnung in der Beschreibung wert gewesen. Das Apartment benötigt dringend einer Renovierung.

8.0Appartamento pratico e accogliente, ottima posizione per minimarket e trasporti in vicinanza. Lavatrice e aria condizionata un plus da non sottovalutare. La proprietà molto gentile e disponibile.
− Migliorerei la situazione del divano letto che per piu giorni non risulta essere l'ideale ma nulla di più. Il letto in camera è piccolino ma d'altronde non potrebbe starci un letto matrimoniale standard.

7.0Limpieza, equipación y climatización. Atención de la propietaria y fácil acceso. La propietaria super amable en todo momento, te ayuda en todas tus dudas, incluso te aconseja sobre tu estancia
− Apatamento viejo, con algunos desperfectos que deberían de haber sido reparados, tales como bidet baño piso superior suelto, cisterna del baño del piso inferior sin función y secador de pelo roto (es verdad que son detalles menos importantes, fáciles de suplir, pero deben realizar su función).
