6.0The desk was broken and the outside balcony had some kind of curtains that were broken. Look very outdated. Bed was nice and comfortable, very good size room. I mentioned my silver status as was required by Expedia but nothing happened. Over all was a good stay and a clean room. The location is great!

8.0We enjoyed this hotel for its traditional Japanese style. The room was clean but the conditions of the carpet and other furniture was run down and needed to be updated. The staff was kind though their English wasn’t too great. The location was perfect and Kyoto was an amazing city

10.0It was really nice. Close to everything. The suite was so big with a living area. The bathroom was really big and the jacuzzi was a convenience! After a day of walking the bathtub was a respite for tired muscles. No need for onsen! I will definitely stay here when in Gion/ Kyoto area.
