6.0Beautiful renovated traditional Japanese room and outdoor bathtub. Very spacious.
− We were disappointed with the breakfast. The first morning, we got the traditional Japanese breakfast, which was fun to try but not something we would order again. The second morning, we ordered the Western breakfast, which was a small salad and two sandwiches. Unfortunately, both breakfasts were not cooked on site but came from a catering company. Apart from the soups in the Japanese breakfast, everything was cold. The Western breakfast felt quality-wise like any conbini food. Given the cost of the room, this made us quite unhappy. The other con (which was known beforehand) is that the place is far away from the city center - it takes about 30-45 minutes by bus to most "typical" sights. So I'd recommend it rather if you're looking for some peace and quiet, or if you're willing to take a cab.
