The worst hotel ever
1.0− I had one of the worst hotel experiences here. I booked and paid through Booking.com and arrived with a valid booking confirmation. However, the staff told me they had not received any booking voucher in their computer system and refused to let me check in. I showed them my booking confirmation and proof of payment, but they simply said they couldn't help because there was no reservation in their system. I was turned away without any solution or assistance and had to deal with the stress of finding another place to stay. I understand that booking system issues can happen, but what disappointed me most was the lack of customer service. Instead of trying to help or contact Booking.com to resolve the problem, I was simply refused. This experience was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I cannot recommend this hotel based on how my situation was handled.
