The apartment was spacious, modern, comfortable and in a great location just like advertised.

The apartment was in a good and quiet location close to most of the touristic attractions.. It had great air conditioning (we stayed when it was hot!), plenty of space to feel comfortable for a longer stay, and had many good shops and places to eat close by. The host was very friendly and responsive. He would go out of his way to help with making reservations for tours.

− The shower didn't maintain a steady water temperature. It would go from very warm to lukewarm without touching anything. It did this every time I showered.

オーナーのPaoloさんがとても親切で、我々がアパートに到着した時に建物の玄関前で出迎えてくれた。また、夕食時にワインオープナーが壊れていると連絡したら、すぐにバイクで代わりのものを持って来てくれた。建物と部屋(3階)の2箇所が施錠されていて安心して過ごせた。

− シャワーのお湯の温度が不安定だった。今回4泊したが、もう少し予備のタオル類を置いておいて欲しかった。

Everything was incredible! Pierpaolo is an amazing host, always checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed, as well as he carried our suitcases up and down the stairs, and giving us a map with hints on where to eat! The location is perfect-close to the train station and walking distance to most of the sites (Duomo and more! We walked everywhere) The spacious apartment is beautiful with air conditioning that works great, a kitchen that has everything including a nespresso maker, electric tea kettle, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, table, and so much more, a modern bathroom with slippers, and amenities, a living room with a tv, fireplace and sofa, and a bedroom with a large incredibly comfortable bed! As my daughter would say, “no notes”! If I could rate the stay greater than 10, I would! Perfecto!

− For older people be aware if you come with heavy luggage you have to go up 2 flights of stairs

Appartamento nuovo, pulito e posizionato in centro a pochi passi dalle attrazioni principali. Proprietario gentile e disponibile.

We had a lovely comfortable stay and cannot praise our host Pier enough

Our host Pier was fantastic. He helped carry our luggage up and down the stairwell, assisted when our phone fell and broke and was so obliging and available throughout our stay.

− As there was no elevator the staircase would have been the only problem However, thanks to our host Pier carrying our luggage up the stairs when we arrived and down the stairs when we departed the stairs were not an issue
