8.0The good points of this hotel is that it is just off of the main road and rather charming. It is very clean. The room itself is so cosy and comfortable I was able to rest well. It has a whole fridge/freezer, not a mini-bar but a fridge. The bathroom is a good size, bidet works very well. The room I had also had a balcony which was a delight. There was a little noise from the neighbours -as the buildings are quite close-but no where near the thin wall situation of a lot of other places. There is a breakfast avaiable(I didn't partake in this)you can eithe include it in your reservation or pay €5.00. The 2 inconveniences about the hotel is that there are 4 floors and no lift, so not ideal for lots of lugguage. Wi-fi doesn't really work in the top room. I'm not sure about the other floors but you have to go to the lobby for anything approaching consistency.

10.0The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The hotel is well located and the staff is very friendly, helpful and courteous. I recommend the Rosalie Palace for your stay in Istanbul
