10.0The staff responded to all messages regarding storing luggage. They greeted us in the morning, helped with our luggage and stored it until our room was ready. Since they had the room keys, they gave us all the required keys and let us know when our room would be ready. We were able to enjoy the morning in Florence. When we arrived at the Inn later in the day, all our luggage was thoughtfully placed in our room.

10.0This was my second time staying at the San Giuliano Inn, and it is still a wonderful respite from the crowds and chaos of Florence. The Inn is close to the Duomo and museums, it is immaculately clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful with taxi rides etc. I highly recommend!
