7.0Good location close to Vatican. Good for what we needed and we enjoyed the rooftop terrace in room 205. Good property. Clean and comfortable beds
− No elevator to reception and with heavy cases difficult to get to. Staff were a little rude on check out

1.0The location is great, close to everything.
− We arrived at the hotel at 1:00 AM to find that the shower had zero water flow and no hot water. We tried contacting the host, but received no response, forcing us to go to bed without showering. The next morning, we asked the housekeeper to move us to another room. After checking the shower, she falsely claimed to her boss that the water flow was fine. We had to speak with the manager directly, who finally agreed to move us. While the water pressure in the new room was slightly better, it was still far from great. To make matters worse, the receptionist was incredibly aggressive toward us for the rest of our stay. Additionally, the hotel has very narrow stairs and a painfully slow elevator. This stay was highly disappointing and offered zero value for money. Do yourself a favor and find another hotel in this price range.
