10.0There are so many reasons to recommend it: First, the location. The place itself is really quiet and you can get a good night rest. At the same time, it's just next to two subway stations and many small shops and restaurants (really good and really cheap). Second, it is clean, space is well arranged so you get everything you need. The bed are comfy, and everything works perfectly. Third, the owner. Really nice person, super good communication. Everything is really easy and enjoyable about this place.

房東在我們出發前就有詢問抵達時間，但我們20點過後才到，他有給我們一份很詳細的地圖、先給我們入住密碼！超棒！！入住很順利！住宿好，每天逛街完回家都覺得可以很開心的休息。另外，我們住三樓，沒有電梯，但對我們來說不是很大的影響。
10.0整理的很乾淨、設備蠻新的，設備很齊全，也有泡澡的，床很好睡！ 友善的房東，我們有問題都會即時回覆。 離地鐵蠻近的，附近也有藥妝店、食物、唐吉柯德。 我跟家人都很喜歡這次的住宿！推！

8.0Posizione ottima, vicino alla stazione di shin okubo (linea yamanote), e con facile accesso a supermercati, negozi e ristoranti. Il personale è stato gentilissimo, siamo arrivati a tokyo con largo anticipo sull'orario del check in, e si sono adoperati per farci entrare il prima possibile.
