− The room was missing a shower door, and the hotel never informed us about it when they gave us the key. In the evening, after we noticed the issue, we contacted them via WhatsApp. At first, they told us the shower door had broken the night before. Later, they changed their story, saying the previous guest had stayed for three days without complaining and had simply used a floor towel to keep the water contained. I suggested a simple temporary solution, such as installing a shower rod and curtain, because water from the shower was flowing into the room and creating a serious slipping hazard. Instead of addressing the problem or offering us another room, they told us to move out if we didn't like it. The staff were very rude and unprofessional. We had no choice but to stay because it was peak tourist season, and we had booked the room six weeks in advance. I would not recommend staying here based on our experience.

9.0Bardzo dobra lokalizacja w centrum, wygodny pokoj retro, może przydały by się lepsze sprzęty typu krzesełka czy stolik obecne mocno zużyte, możliwość skorzystania z darmowej kawy i ekspresu, herbaty, pozostawienia bagaży, ogólne polecam
− Bardzo wysokie schody ale były w opisie, nie mniej warto mieć to na uwadze rezerwując nocleg

− 짐을 들고 계단 오르기가 힘들었어요. 오래된 건물이라 층고가 높아서 계단도 가파른 편입니다.

− Escaleras muy largas. Hay que estar en buen estado físico. Realmente no es grave porque compensa con la excelente ubicación, el buen trato y lo lindo que es el cuarto. Pero hay que decirlo. Yo no supe que tenía escaleras de 3 pisos. Por suerte nos sirvió para entrenar un poco! Pero de todos modos creo que si querés estar céntrico en un lugar lindo como este.... Tenés que poder subir escaleras.
