Great place for a weekend to explore Florence
10.0Our stay was exceptional, the location was amazing, the room was something else with a feature red brick wall and high ceilings. The bathroom was very big, with his and her sink and a double shower, with views over Florence terracotta roofs. And we made use of the roof terrace a couple of times to have our own drink , it felt like having an extra room! The staff was all very nice, especially Giulia at reception who was very professional and helpful and kind. Great value for money, highly recommend.

− The room was much smaller than shown in the pictures. The bathroom was minuscule and nothing like the pictures. The shower malfunctioned and was semi clogged. There was no shelf in the shower and no extra outlets for anything. We had to unplug the bedside lamps to charge our phones and the mini fridge to use the espresso machine.

7.0De locatie midden in Florence was top; ontbijten deden we elke dag bij Shake Cafe (aan de overkant van de straat) en dat was top. Het uitzicht vanaf het kleine dakterras was mooi!
− De airco deed het niet goed genoeg; moest de hele dag op 16 graden staan om het redelijk op temperatuur te houden (en ja het was warm in Florence, maar dan nog); dat hoort niet bij een vier sterren locatie. De knop van de douche was niet goed en er was geen fohn. We hadden een twee persoonsbed, maar het matras was smaller dan het bed; ook dat past niet bij de verwachting.

− A little hard to find at first and entering the building. Be sure to read the reservation information carefully and thoroughly. All the information is in there.
