Staffs are friendly and room was clean, despite quite small . Close to everywhere you like to walk to

10.0Honestly everything, hotel was spotless. Every single staff member, receptionist, bar, house keeping, in charge of breakfast were lovely, polite and welcoming. The location was great, 15 mins walk from dam square and 15 mins walk for Amsterdam central. Highly recommend

10.0Upon arrival they greeted me with a drink and they actually showed me to my room. It was amazing and the staff was phenomenal! Their food selection and drink selection was wonderful as well. The rooms were comfortable and the pillows were the best!
