6.0This is a great location and a good way to see how a local lives. You are in charge of checking in and out, just make sure to connect property owner for instructions because they didn't reach out to me. Good size apartment with a kitchen and comfortable ikea bed. There is mood lighting and not at bright as the pictures portray. The bathroom: water gets all over the floor when you shower - expect to clean up - and the pieces of the ceiling fell down during my stay. The floor of the apartment in general wasn't the cleaniest, bring extra socks or slippers. Also, you can hear absolutely everything when people pass by the apartment outside...bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

Great apartment in Venezia
10.0A gorgeous little apartment in Cannareggio, Venezia. Close to many things including a grocery store and Vaporetto stops. I would love to stay here again!
20 mins from San Marco, real Venezian flat
10.0Second time in Venice and much better accomodation this time. Flat was quite central, very clean and everything you need is there. Price is a bargain. Mario communication is excellent and helpful. Flat has unexpected thing - it is very dark, there are no sunlight coming in...but that's again very venezian, as most other flats in the city are like that...with people hiding in cool breezy narrow streets between houses. Would definitely recommend Marios apartment.
