7.0The location is not so bad. It takes 20 min to St Marco square and 20 min from the Rali / bus stations - Piazzale Roma. The area is calm but also very close to bars and markets.
− The furniture are very worn. Some of the outlets are broken. The wires are visible and potentually dagerous. Last flooding damages, (which took place in 2019) can be observed. Also the badroom window is next to a workshop, which starts working at 8AM.

Tan malo que no hubo estancia
1.0No me gustó nada, de hecho no nos quedamos en la habitación., preferimos perder el dinero.
− El olor, el escaso mantenimiento de todo. Las camas, los colchones. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba y allí no se podía estar. Hay muchos alojamientos incluso más bajos de precio por los alrededores…. Esto es mucho peor que un lowcost. Se debería penalizar al propietario y que no lo ocupara nunca o lo ocupara a un precio mínimo. Como es su calidad.
Todo lindo en Venecia. Es para quedarse más de 2 noches.

7.03 beds, so was good to sleep. Has a washing/dryer machine. Bathroom is spacious.
− There’s nothing to put inside the oven so no possible to cook there. The owner took a lot to answer messages and when we had to take the trash out didn’t give any instructions on where to do it since there’s no bins around so we had to walk 3 blocks to the canal to find one container.
