7.0The view of the canal and the boats constantly sailing past create the appropriate atmosphere of Venice.
− Lack of mosquito nets on the windows.
Not thanks to booking, it went well but when we arrived we were left to ourselves.
1.0The apartment was not available as we arrived. A poor alternative was suggested but not acceptable because it was nothing like what we asked for. We had to find another location and waisted a whole afternoon to find a place to stay that was affordable.
− The owner shouldn't have cancelled the reservation the day of arrival or the night before. We had no time to find something similar and started our vacation wondering in the streets with our luggages for hours.

1.0ES UNA ESTAFA…. Hice la reserva con más de 10 días de antelación y el mismo día del checking y estando yo en el aeropuerto. A menos de dos horas me mandan un mensaje diciendo que el anfitrión ha cancelado tu reserva…. Tuve que hacer otra. Reserva en Booking a última hora … pagándola por segunda vez…. Esto es ilegal es denunciable
− ES UNA ESTAFA… esto es denunciable que te anulen la reserva a dos horas el checking merece una denuncia…. Te cobran una reserva imaginaria más las tasas y todo te hacen hacer el checking y te anulan la reserva a dos horas antes.

− Bohužel postel byla velmi nepohodlná a po příjezdu nebylo zameteno/vytřeno.
