A cozy and spotless hotel with friendly staff and an excellent location.
10.0We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Although it is a simple hotel, it is exceptionally clean, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. The beds were excellent, and we had a great night’s sleep every night. The breakfast was good, with a nice selection to start the day. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, making us feel very welcome. The location is another great advantage. It is within walking distance of most of the city’s main attractions, yet situated in a quiet area, allowing us to relax and rest peacefully. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

10.0Otelin konumu oldukça iyi bir yerde. Floransa içerisinde bir yerden başka bir yere ulaşmak zaten çok kolay. Otelden neredeyse her yere yürüyerek gidebilirsiniz. Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü. Kahvaltı gayet yeterli ve çeşitli. Odalar temizdi ve günlük temizlik de çok özenli yapıldı. Kaldığımız odanın dizaynı iyi düşünülmüştü. Ferah, estetik ve konforluydu.
− Otel bir apartman tipi binanın üst katında kalıyor ve binalar eski olduğu için de asansör bulunmuyor. Yaşlılar ve engelliler için sorun teşkil edebilir.
