10.0Loved the location. Great shrine right around the corner. Easy to walk to shopping and the markets. It's very clean and the layout with the bedrooms on 2nd floor with half bath and the living space and bathroom downstairs. Great water pressure and spacious bath. The toilet is in a separate room which is nice
