La posizione fantastica. Pochi metri da piazza della Repubblica.

− Soggiornato in 6...il divano-letto in soggiorno scomodo e traballante. Il bagnoschiuma presente nei bagni erano 4 flaconcini per 6 persone per due notti!! Manca una macchinetta del caffè con qualche cialda e....l'acqua...neanche una bottiglietta. Non è dovuta ma è la base dell'accoglienza.

Excelente ubicación. Tercer piso sin ascensor. Comodidades insuficiente.

− No habia vajilla ni mantas extras para 5 personas. La iluminación artificial era muy escasa. Son 3 pisos sin ascensor. Un acolchado estaba sucio

− Nevedeli sme, že je to na 3. poschodí bez výťahu, schodisko veľmi úzke. 3. poschodie ale treba chápať pri 4 m výške stropov, takže to bolo fakt vysoko. Vybavenie kuchyne nedostatočné, skrine v izbách nepoužiteľné. Chýbali stoličky v izbách.

Had a lovely stay in beautiful Florence. As others have said the property is tired and not the cleanest. There is a service charge but using Expedia this was clear and paid up front with no hidden costs. The air conditioner leaked into the property below but the management company took responsibility for this. Location was excellent, the premises spacious and for the price (as we booked early) was unbeatable. One caution, don't book if you struggle with stairs. 6 flights up with no lift. Carrying suitcases can seriously harm your back.

Great location

− The property was dirty. The floor needs to be cleaned. Socks became black shortly after putting them on. The couch cushions are ripped. The air conditioning leaks into a bucket and needs to be dumped frequently on will pour into the floor.
