2.0Otel bir sebeple kapanmış/kapatılmış, parasını alıp rezervasyon aldıkları müşterilerini arayıp bildirmek zahmetinde bile bulunmadılar. Sabahın köründe elimde valizle otel kapısında kalakaldım. Kapıya yalandan bir numara koymuş işgüzar, zaten cevap veren olmadı. Hotels.com’ın haberi bile yok. Onlar da birgün öncesinden arayıp; “bizim kanalımızla yarın size bir check-in olacak herşey yolunda mı?” Diye sormuş olsalardı... hotels.com da Nişantaşı time da parayı alana kadar iyiler müşterilerine. Bir daha asla kullanmam. Turizmin yüzkaraları.

6.0Otelin konumu çok iyi. Personel son derece saygılı ve yardımsever. Ancak otel binası bakımsız, eşyalar uzun bir süredir yenilenmemiş. Günlük temizlik ancak görevli personele söylerseniz yapılıyor. Kahvaltıda sunulanların kalitesi vasat sayılır. Konumu bu kadar iyi olan bir otel daha iyi olabilir.

2.0Ich habe da ein Zimmer gebucht wo ich da angekommen war war die Buchung gar nicht aktiv ganz im Gegenteil der junge Mann meinte meine Buchung wäre storniert worden und ich habe es nicht mal storniert das beste war er hatte gar kein Zimmer mehr ich muss mir ein anderes Zimmer bzw ein anderes Hotel suchen ich empfehle dieses Hotel gar nicht und durch diese Hotel kommst was ich gebucht habe sowieso nicht mehr
