10.0Personal del hotel excelente. Nos atendieron muy bien. Ubicación un 10 ya que estás a 5min a pie de la Plaza Comercio y a los pies del Barrio de Alfama . El hotel está ubicado con vistas al rio Tajo y era increible asomarte y ver el amanecer. El desayuno muy completo y de buena calidad. El Spa está abierto al público de forma gratuita y si quieres privado sin gente, sí lleva coste. Nosotros tuvimos la suerte de que no bajó nadie y la verdad que merece la pena darte ese capricho. Y otra cosa que considero muy importsnte es la tranquilidad. La mayoria de los hoteles están rodeados de mucha gente que en agosto se hace insoportable y aqui es tranquilidad. Lo recomiendo. Si vuelvo no dudaré en volverme alojar.
