Warm hospitality that made my trip to Rome even more memorable.
10.0The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming throughout my stay. They gave me excellent recommendations for exploring Rome, including a suggested sightseeing route that helped me visit many famous places efficiently without getting lost. Their recommendation to visit Trastevere was especially memorable. I loved its warm and lively atmosphere, the delicious carbonara, and the peaceful scene in the piazza, where people were listening to street musicians and children were happily chasing soap bubbles. It became one of my favorite memories of Rome. I also really appreciated that they stored my luggage both before check-in and after check-out. This allowed me to explore the city comfortably with only a small bag. After check-out, they even let me use the bathroom to freshen up and change my clothes before going to the airport, which made my long international flight much more comfortable. The location was convenient, the room was comfortable, and the thoughtful hospitality made my stay truly special.
− Nothing major. The room had the basic amenities I expected for the price. If I had to mention one thing, it would be nice if disposable slippers and toothbrushes were provided, but overall I was very satisfied with my stay.
