1.0− Ik ben vorig jaar in december in Thailand geweest. Ik op Booking.com de reservering gedaan 1 dag van tevoren echter was het jaartal in de app naar 2026 gesprongen. Ik kwam hier ter plaatse achter en heb gevraagd aan de balie van het hotel of ik kon annuleren aangezien ze op dat moment (2025) volgeboekt waren. Zij gaven aan dat dit kon maar hebben na herhaaldelijke verzoeken nooit meer reactie gegeven. Ik moest dus stante pede (na een reis van 5 uur) opzoek naar een ander hotel. Ook bij Booking.com zelf aangegeven. Ook nooit meer wat over gehoord helaas. Heel fijn met een Genius level 3 status.

So much noise
5.0Facilities were there, it was clean, good beds
− The noise. I was in the first room on the ground floor (I didn't particularly choose this), and there was so much noise. People from staff that had to be in the door next to our room (which always made me think they were going to come to our room), they were cooking which had a bad smell in our room, noise from people outside, talking so loud. I had an early flight so this was around 22h and it started again at 6h. I couldn’t sleep at all.
