9.0Εξαιρετικά φιλικό και βοηθητικό προσωπικό, καθαρό δωμάτιο και βολική τοποθεσία. Παρέχονται σαπούνι, σαμπουάν, conditioner, αφρόλουτρο και κρέμα σώματος. Στο κεντρικό ψυγείο του καταλύματος υπάρχουν μεγάλα μπουκάλια με κρύο νερό (σημαντικό δεδομένης της καλοκαιρινής ζέστης). Το πρωινό σερβίρεται στο δωμάτιο και περιελάμβανε τρία τοστ με διαφορετικό αλλαντικό το καθένα, τρία φρέσκα κρουασάν, λίγα φρούτα, χυμό και καφέ. Ήταν πλήρες για δύο άτομα. Να σημειωθεί ότι τη μια μέρα που ζητήσαμε νηστίσιμο πρωινό, το θυμήθηκαν και μάς έφεραν vegan κρουασάν. Το κατάλυμα είναι σε πολύ καλή κατάσταση αλλά παραμένει παλιό. Δεν έχει ασανσέρ αλλά τα σκαλιά δεν είναι πολύ κουραστικά.

Fantastic accommodation in centre of Florence.
10.0Our best accommodation in Italy. Very comfortable and stylish room (nice art work too) with quality furniture, mattress and bedding. Our room to the back was very quiet, but other rooms would be too with the double glazing. Air con worked very well. Little fridge in room to chill your drinks or water. Free flitered water and coffee/tea in reception area. Amazing breakfast with savoury toasties and croissants with slices of fresh fruit. Selection of coffees. Charlotte was a great host and gave us many tips for sightseeing and restaurants. Right in the centre of town, we walked everywhere. Many bars and restaurants close by. Accommodation is on third floor, no lift so it might not be ideal for everyone.

8.0Localiza muito boa e funcionários queridos. Agradecimento especial a Emmy e a Regina. Quartos lindos e cuidados com carinho. O quarto tem um tamanho bom e banheiro reformado. Café da manhã bom.
− São quatro andares de escada sem elevador. Se você é idoso ou tem muitas malas isso se torna um problema. Meu colchão não era confortável (tinha um desnível). Além disso o ar-condicionado não gelava muito mesmo na temperatura mínima (fui no verão e estava muito quente). O hotel fica em um prédio antigo que a parte interior da entrada e as escadas são sujas e a noite você pode ver muitas baratas, muitas. Sei são instalações antigas mas me incomodava muito. Dentro do hotel tudo estava lindo e perfeito.
