10.0Sabrina, the host, went above and beyond to welcome us and make sure we had everything we needed. The apartment had everything you might need and was very comfortable. The location is perfect for accessing different parts of the city from Tiburtina station.

10.0Sabrina ist eine wundervolle Gastgeberin!!Ihre herzliche Ausstrahlung bleibt uns und sicherlich jedem weiteren Gast in Erinnerung. . Das Appartement mit Balkon, von Küche und Schlafzimmer aus zugänglich ist mit allem Komfort liebevoll ausgestattet und bietet viel Platz. Alles ist auf das feinste gepflegt und blitzsauber. Betten sind sehr bequem. .Es befindet sich im 7. Stock eines Wohnhauses und ist mit Aufzug zu erreichen. .Sabrina wohnt im Stockwerk darunter und war jederzeit für alle Infos und Fragen für uns da.. Obwohl das Appartement für Selbstversorger angeboten wird, hat sie uns Kaffee, Milch, Wasser und weitere kleine Snacks bereit gestellt. In der Wohnung liegt ein Stadtplan,, und ein weiterer für Bahn/Bus/Metro bereit. Empfehlung für Restaurants gibt es auch. Unsere Erwartungen wurden bei Weitem übertroffen. Die Nähe zur ruhigen Stazione Tiburtina und Geschäfte ( Supermarkt, Bank.....) in unmittelbarer Umgebung war perfekt. Die Innenstadt Rom ist sehr gut mit Bus oder Metro zu erreichen.(ca 20- 30 Min.) Es ist wichtig, in der Stazione Tiburtina den richtigen Ausgang zu nehmen, der für uns Anfangs nicht ganz so leicht zu finden war. Sabrina versorgt jedoch jeden, der bei ihr zu Gast sein möchte mit allen nötigen Informationen. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt bei ihr. Das Wohngebiet hat noch nichts mit den prunkvollen Prachtbauten von Rom zu tun, dafür ist es sehr viel ruhiger..Wir empfehlen gerne weiter. Kein Zögern notwendig. Vielen Dank für ALLES nochmals an Sabrina.

10.0Ubicación perfecta, en pleno barrio residencial muy bien comunicado con el centro histórico y demás lugares de interés de Roma. Anfitriona muy amable y disponible. Apartamento silencioso, diáfano, bien equipado, cómodo y limpísimo. Calefacción regulable. Hemos estado muy a gusto.

10.0We were there with my elderly parents and I am very thankful that it was super comfortable for them. It was the only place we felt so at home! The apt is spacious, luminous and rooms were warm/cosy ! The star of this apartment is Sabrina! We appreciated her kindness ( she waited for us until midnight because we arrived so late, was always ready to help us with any info, coffee, washing powder)!She is a fantastic host! For us, it was an ideal location because it is not in the city center but at the same time accessible by public transport. And also we liked that the neighbourhood was less touristy! Thank you so much Sabrina, Because of you, the apt, we had such a great stay in Rome!
