Paid for a room we did not get! We expect a full refund for services not provided!
1.0Was treated politely and appropriately in the morning when we showed up, 8:30 am. We were told we could leave our luggage and the room would be ready after 2:00 pm. This was not the case in the late afternoon and evening, 7:00 to 9:00 pm.
− We paid for a room months in advance. When we checked in to get our keys someone else was using the room. So we had no room. We waited until 9:00 pm for a room. There was none at that time. We talked to the manager by phone. She offered us a full refund and we had to leave. We were frustrated. The desk clerk was not sympathetic. He was very argumentative and at times swearing at us in Spanish. His swearing influenced our decision to leave. On the whole, it started out fine in the morning, but was a horrible experience for us in the late afternoon and evening. We left the hotel and took a taxi to the airport.
