We wanted to get away from the Sukhumvit corridor for our most recent trip to Bangkok and we chose the Marriott Surawongse based on its excellent reviews. The hotel did not disappoint! The Executive Lounge was one of the best we’ve visited, with an outstanding selection of food and beverages, the view from the pool was spectacular, and thr service throughout our five-day stay was consistently warm, professional, and attentive. A special thank you to Khun Dao in the Lounge, who took great care of us. This hotel punches well above its weight — we look forward to returning soon!

Worth coming back for

From the moment we checked in, all of the staff were friendly and welcoming. Before our stay, we had requested a room upgrade, and we were pleasantly surprised that the team remembered our request and upgraded us to a suite when we arrived. It was such a nice gesture and made our trip even more enjoyable. The pool is as beautiful as everyone says. I had read that it was a bit small, but it actually felt much bigger than I expected and was more than enough to relax and spend a few hours there. My favorite part of the hotel was definitely the Executive Lounge. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer an amazing view of Bangkok, and it was the perfect place to sit back, enjoy the food and drinks, and take in the city skyline. Everyone we met during our stay was kind, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. The service throughout the hotel was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay here, and if we visit Bangkok again, we would definitely choose this hotel again. Thank you to the whole team for making our trip so enjoyable!

We had a wonderful stay at Bangkok Marriott Hotel The Surawongse. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around Bangkok, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from check-in all the way through to check-out. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The swimming pool is a little small, but it was perfectly fine for us and we still had a great time relaxing there. Overall, we loved our stay and had a fantastic experience. We will definitely come back and stay here again the next time we visit Bangkok. Highly recommended!
