4.0− Er liepen kakkerlakken op de kamer en niet 1 maar meerdere, dit gemeld maar er is geen actie ondernomen en er werdt koeltjes gereageerd. Bijzonder onhygiënisch!!

Excellent location, management and facilities
10.0Really good location, only took 20 mins from the airport and was right beside the tram stop but also really good for the old town. The managers were so helpful and accommodating. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. We needed an iron and Pasquale dropped it over to us straight away. Would definitely recommend to anyone going to Florence.

Great value for money
8.0Great location, super helpful host and easy check in process. About 10 minutes walk from the Central train station and in walking distance from old center. I was also very grateful for opportunity to leave our bags after check out so we can continue exploring Florence and come back later to pick bags up.
− It is located on the big street and you can hear trams. Luckily I never travel without my loop earplugs, so that didn't bother me at all.

8.0Schöne Unterkunft mit fußläufiger Erreichbarkeit aller touristischen Ziele. Toller Service mit Kaffeekapselmaschine und Mineralwasser vor Ort. Das Futonbett war sehr bequem (ich hatte das David-Zimmer) Sehr netter Kontakt zur Verwalterin.
− Für geräuschempfindliche Menschen ungeeignet (Straßenbahn vor dem Haus, laute Türen im Mehrparteienhaus durch Schließsysteme, Holzfußböden)
