Atendimento impecável e localização perfeita em Roma

A localização é excelente, a apenas 5 minutos a pé do Panteão, permitindo conhecer boa parte de Roma caminhando. Os quartos são amplos, muito confortáveis, com camas excelentes e banheiros espaçosos. O grande destaque, porém, foi o atendimento. Alexandra e Oksana foram extremamente atenciosas e fizeram toda a diferença na nossa estadia. Esqueci um medicamento no hotel e, quando retornei a Roma alguns dias depois, elas o haviam guardado com todo o cuidado e ainda mantiveram contato comigo por mensagem para garantir que eu o recuperasse. Como nossa família ocupou cinco quartos no mesmo andar, ficamos praticamente sozinhos no piso, o que tornou a experiência ainda mais especial.

− único ponto de atenção é que a estrutura funciona mais como uma hospedagem do que como um hotel tradicional. Não há café da manhã e a recepção funciona apenas até aproximadamente 15h. No nosso caso, isso não chegou a atrapalhar a estadia, mas pode ser importante para quem prefere contar com atendimento durante todo o dia.

Wow! Loved every aspect of the stay. Emma and Alexandra were amazing from The first greeting to when we left. Their communication and assistance were next level. They could not do enough. It was not just reception staff it felt like family from the moment you arrive. Emma sent multiple links to restaurants, laundry, and points of note to see and do. The quaint lift to the hotel which is located on the third floor perfectly matched the destination. The hotel is brilliantly located central to bus stops if your coming from the cruise port take the train to Ostiere Train station then catch bus 30. Walk a very short distance and boom, you’re at the door. Speaking of doors, it is not well signposted but the large doors are full on historic and perfectly match the experience. The hotel is so central to all the main tourist hotspots within walking distance, not to mention the myriad of laneways, alleyways and shopping close by. The apartment we had was fully equipped with everything you could need. EVERYTHING - we stayed 2 nights. The bed was super comfy, the shower had jets. Whilst it did take a little while For the hot water to come thru, not an issue at all, sooo relaxing with lighting effects also. Great aircon, tv, mini fridge/bar and linen service. Exceptionally clean. An express market is located just around the corner - great pricing and huge product range including fresh produce. Sadly we had to leave in a rush to catch the bus- would have love to sit and chat to Alexandra before our departure but the warm hugs spoke thousands. We will return to Rome and will definitely stay here again. Recommend this hotel to everyone!!

The location is perfect, located within walking distance to major sites. The room was quaint, very comfortable, and quiet. The staff was extremly kind and helpful.
