10.0The location was great. Closs to river and main tourist area. It was quiet at night a little away from the city's hustle and bustle. The house was spacious for the three of us to stay comfortably. The hotel staff was kind. We enjoyed our stay. Couldn't have picked the best spot to stay. It is recommended for a family with one or two kids.

9.0Muy buena zona. Cerca de Gion. Barrio tranquilo pero el ruido del bar de bajo puede ser molesto por la noche. El personal muy amable, aunque no el el mismo edificio. La lavadora y el baño ducha increíble. La única zona para sentarse está en el balcón. Dentro es tatami
− Desde el apartamento con las ventanas abiertas se escuchaban los sonidos del bar (la gente hablando) como si estuviesen al lado.
