9.0Excellent location to restaurants in Bar of the Nolita, Soho and Chinatown. The common areas are just great, very convenient and spacious. When you get to citizenM hotel you always know what you receive and it’s good value for money.

− There’s alot of homeless people outside in the front I know they can’t really help much about that and it can be a little scary for some people but it’s just a little dirty infront of the hotel

アクセス良好 コンパクトだけど快適な都心型ホテル
9.0新しく清潔で、おしゃれな雰囲気です。地下鉄駅近く、複数路線からアクセスが良い。SOHOやChinatownは徒歩圏内。周辺の治安は大丈夫。近くに飲食店やWhole Foods(スーパー)あり。意外とベッドは大きかったです(クイーンまたはキングサイズ)。アメリカのホテルにしてはミニサイズのお部屋ですが、日本のビジネスホテルと同等またはそれより大きいです。
− チェックイン時にBrooklyn側とSOHO側のどちらを希望するか聞かれた場合、Brooklyn側をおすすめします。今回はどちらのお部屋も利用しましたが、SOHO側は道路に面しているためやや騒音が気になりました。今回泊まったお部屋はバスルームのドアがぴったり閉まらなかったので、改善を希望します。
