9.0Perfectamente ubicado, que es lo que pagas. Te permite visitar la pagoda y alrededores a primera y última hora apenas sin gente y hacer fotos fantásticas. El Starbucks lo tienes al lado y a última hora no hay gente. Lo que es la casa no es lujosa, más bien sencilla pero me parece correcta para el precio que se paga. Si se quieren mejores instalaciones pues habrá que pagar el doble, ya que en la zona era el alojamiento de mejor precio. La cocina nos permiitió desayunar y cenar ya que aparte de combinis hay un supermercado cercano. Tiene lavadora- secadora nueva y plancha por lo que pudimos poner toda la ropa al día. El personal muy amable, nos olvidamos unos enseres y nos los envió al siguiente hotel sin costo alguno.
− El olor a humedad del primer día. A partir del segundo, con el aire acondicionado, se aminoró.

We love waking up in the morning with no crowds yet and truly enjoy the beautiful streets of Ninenzaka. A short to the majestic Kiyomizu dera. Plenty of traditional restaurants and shops. Staff quick to answer via email and phone call
− It might be a challenge with mobility issues because stairs going to the second floor is a bit steep. It was also advertised as 3 bedroom but it’s only 2 bedroom plus a very small study/den. Internet is spotty
Fabulous Kiyomizu location - traditional property
10.0Its a fantastic traditional house in a great location right in the middle of the Kiyomizu Dera area - facilities are excellent and although its very busy in the neighbourhood through the day its in a quiet side street and you hear no noise
− Its a really quiet street - so quiet that its not that easy to find - google maps didn't offer much support! We got there in the end and it was well worth it but the first time finding it was a little tricky.

8.0近くの結婚式場に、最短で歩いて行ける事が出来ました！ 普段利用するHOTELとは違い、古民家的な町家の雰囲気を味合えました。 海外の方は凄く喜ばれると思います! チェックインに合わせて、照明、エアコンをセッティングされていて、とても気遣いが嬉しかったです キッチンの道具も充実しており、何不自由なく利用出来ました。 アメニティの件でタオル持参は荷物になると思い お尋ねしましたら、快く2泊分準備して頂いて大変助かりました。
− ただひとつ残念なのが、お風呂の浴槽の吹出口（お湯炊きとかで利用する穴）のお掃除をされていた方が、次の方が気持ち良く使用できるかと、、

9.0Location was the ultimate winner for this accommodation. Right in the heart of it all. Beautiful to wander the area at night. Rooms were a great size, and having the washer dryer was an added bonus we appreciated.
