The location is excellent, with easy access to both the bus and metro, and it’s also within walking distance of the train station, making it very convenient for getting around. The shower had great water pressure with reliable hot and cold water.

− We stayed for five nights during a heatwave with temperatures close to 40°C. In those conditions, I would have expected the room to be serviced at least twice to empty the bins and replace the towels, but it was only cleaned once during our stay. The air conditioning also struggled to cool the room and mainly benefited the person sleeping closest to the unit, while the rest of the room remained uncomfortably hot. For a room accommodating four guests, the mini-fridge was too small. Although the spa bath was a nice feature, the space might be better used for a fan to improve air circulation or an extra table and chairs so everyone can sit comfortably. Finally, the coffee machine in the shared kitchen was in poor condition and could use replacing.
