Great location, Good room, bad kitchen
7.0Perfect location to visit the most famous attractions. Everything 15-20 minutes walking maximum. Very spacious and clean room.
− You can only check in after 3pm and have to check out at 10am I notified previously that my arrival would be at 4pm and I waited on the street for 25 minutes until someone come to open The kitchen is shared and poorly equipped. It's a italian kitchen with no cheese grater. On the first day we bought a bottle of wine but only one glass was available. There's no sugar.

Spacious and convenient
8.0Good location, 5 mins away from galleria dell’Accademia and 10 from the cathedral. Also really close to the tram station. The staff was very friendly and helpful, overall very good.

8.0Nice location, clean apartment
− Door lock doesn't look trustful but maybe there's nothing you can do since the door is old and you can't just replace it with the modern one. I wish owner asked to bring city tax in cash since I visited other cities in Italy before and other places had no problems with cards. It was a struggle to find an ATM in Florence that won't charge my bank with additional fee. And this is the last thing you want to think about during the vacation.
