10.0The location, the room (and the Japanese style bath!), the laundry (the washing machine had a quick wash program and the dryer was powerful), the breakfast. A free rental umbrella was super helpful for a short walking around. The postal service. ロケーション(地下鉄駅すぐ)、日本式お風呂のついた部屋、ランドリー(洗濯時間が短くて効率的、乾燥機も早くしっかり乾く)、朝食。 小雨の時に傘を無料で貸してくれたのが良かった。 宅配便サービス。

Overall great for the area and money we paid
10.0The space of the room and the cleanliness were great. The setup of the room was great. The people are friendly but not overly so, depending on your personality preference.
− The Lobby was a bit cold-feeling, but all in all, it was fine. People were nice but not friendly. The other places we stayed were definitely more friendly, but I figured this is what you get with a larger high-rise establishment. I felt like I was walking into a corporate work building instead of a hotel. For a large establishment, you would think they would have a larger laundry facility but it still worked.
