9.0Very comfortable beds. Lovely communal sitting area with coffee/ chilled water in air conditioned environment. Location was second to none. 3 mins to Duomo; 10 mins to Ponte Vecchio. Situated on a lovely square. Professional and welcoming. Really good help on getting around. Thank you very much!
