4.0Cet hotel est propre mais tout est très mal indiqué. a notre arrivée on nous dit que nous serons dans le bâtiment B...Or il n'y a aucun bâtiment B ... A nous de nous orienter avec les numéros de chambres. D'autre part avant notre arrivée j'avais réglé en ligne sur hotel.com pour 2 chambres (5 personnes). Or à notre arrivée la réception de l'hotel me dit qu'ils n'ont pas reçu l'argent sur leur compte (alors que j'ai été débité) et qu'une chambre de 4 personnes est réservée pour notre famille de 5 personnes ! Il m'a fallu près d'une heure trente avec des allers et retours à la réception pour que finalement ils reconnaissent qu'il y a une erreur et qu'ils me donnent à 1h du matin une chambre supplémentaire à laquelle j'avais droit ....

Schlicht eingerichtetes, sauberes Hotel
8.0Netter Empfang. Das Hotel hat eine schlichte Einrichtung, etwas wie in einer Jugendherberge. Die Zimmer bieten viel Stauraum und sind sauber. Um auf die Insel zu gelangen fahren Boote. Pro Fahrt 5€, wenn man die Karte am Schalter oder in Hotel kauft. Auf dem Boot kosten sie 7,50€. Mit den Tageskarten vom VCTV sind die Fahrten inbegriffen. Die Gartenanlage ist gepflegt und es blühten am osterwochenende schon magnolienbäume. Da Frühstück kostet 7€. Es gibt leckere crossaints, Müsli, Brötchen und eine kleine Auswahl an Aufstrichen. Eher einfach, aber lecker und praktisch. Alles in allem ein sehr schlichtes, sauberes Hotel mit nettem Service.
