The location was great and our host was very attentive to our questions and needs. Everything was very clean. We are very happy it had an elevator and air conditioning!

Location, location, location! This apartment made the entire city easy to walk to. 5 minutes form the Pantheon, 20 minutes from the Colosseum, 20 minutes to the Spanish Steps, 40 minutes to the Vatican. And the walks never seemed that long anyway because you're always seeing something incredible that you had no idea was around the corner! The 3 bedrooms gave our family of 5 enough space to decompress after long days of sightseeing. The hosts were incredibly generous, allowing us to drop off our bags before check-in, and allowing us to keep our bags there a few extra hours on check-out (granted, they did have to verify the check in/out times of their other guests). We would stay here again.

− When we were reviewing this property, we saw complaints of the small elevator, lack of hot water, and noise. The elevator was small, but it was fine for what it was. If you visit Rome expecting American accommodations, I don't know that you'll be satisfied on a budget. We never had an issue with hot water, even with all 5 of us taking showers in the evenings. Noise was a small issue in the morning when they were collecting trash and bottles, but we found this complaint in every property we looked at in Rome. The noise didn't really affect our family. We would stay here again.

Beautifully updated apartment in the best location to walk to most major attractions. Clean space, super comfortable beds and fully appointed. Also, we heard nothing through the windows. Wait… except the bottle recycling the next morning from restaurants below. Not a disturbance, just laughable at the quantity. Another highlight was the excellent customer service we received from Patrizia. Made our stay!!

− Nothing other than we were woken at 7:30 am one of the 3 mornings we stayed with construction noise from upstairs. Bizarre as customer service was excellent and we just would’ve appreciated notice that it may happen.

The location is ideal, very close to the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. The apartment was very clean, and coffee, shower gel, and shampoo were provided, which was especially helpful for a stay of a few nights. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the large bathrooms and great showers were a lovely bonus. There was also a credit card machine in the property to pay the Roma City Tax, which was very convenient. The property representatives sent very helpful messages and short videos explaining how to collect the keys from the outside lockbox and how to pay the local taxes. We didn’t use the cooking facilities, but the apartment had everything you could need. 10/10.

− The sofa bed in the lounge was not very comfortable, and a few extra cushions would make it much more comfortable.

− 1. 车因为 ZTL 的原因无法行驶到民宿门口，需要走一小段； 2.在使用民宿自带的熨斗时，跳闸整个断电了，和房东电话沟通了一阵才找到解决方案。
