10.0Great apartments - very clean and convenient. Great location. Fast wifi. It was nice to see a welcome breakfast (coffee,milk,juice and some snacks). Owner always in touch and very helpful! Thank you Simone! Keep it up! Apartments is near the Metro,supermarket,cafe. If I come again to Barcelona I'll stay here and I will recommend this apartments to our friends.

We liked the owners but the apartment was not comfortable
5.0We liked the location of the apartment. The owners of the apartment are very nice people. We highly recommend asking for Elvis as he will take you to the airport for a good price without having to wait for a taxi.
− the apartment turned out to be very small. The kitchen is an extension on the balcony, in which there is a very small refrigerator. It is extremely difficult to fit fresh products and, for example, a medium saucepan of soup in such a refrigerator. the air conditioner works poorly - I think it's time to contact the service and replace the freon. Also, we were bothered by the noise of the neighbors, which will be heard since the balcony looks into the courtyard.if you have a family and you stay more than 3 days I think this option will be uncomfortable We didn't found washing mashine. 2nd bed is very discomfortable and noisy.

9.0The accommodation is located farther from the beach, but close to Park Guell, in a quiet street. The transport is very good, the metro is a few minutes away. There is a market and many shops nearby. The bed was very comfortable. The apartment is small, but there is just enough space for two people. The terrace is very nice, it's pleasant to sit outside. The owner is kind, always quick to respond to any questions or requests. We had a great time. I recommend it to others.
− It's not the owner's fault: there was a party in one of the neighboring apartments on Saturday night, and the loud music made the walls shake. They were smoking on the terrace and talking loudly. It would be good to have some house rules regarding this.
Comfortable convenient studio in Barcelona
9.0eStudio Maignon had everything we needed for a comfortable stay in Barcelona. The location was close to public transport and other amenities. The outside terrace area was a great place to relax.
− Some aspects needed a freshen up. For example mugs needed replacing.

8.0Sandra was super kind and helpful. The location was amazing with public transportation and a grocery store close. We walked to most of the sites (we walk a lot), and the Park Güell was super close. Although we were there in February, the deck area was fabulous and if it were warmer we would have spend a more time out there.
− The beds could have been more comfortable, especially the pull-out bed.
