10.0We booked two units through Lis Apartments and enjoyed both! Everything was as described- it was nice that they also left water and coffee for us to start our stay :)
− The hill up to the unit made it difficult for Uber/Bolt, but that was expected. It was a bit farther from major parts of the city than we anticipated but this didn’t impact our trip too much.
Extremely disappointing and unprofessional!

− Very disappointing stay. I paid over 1,000€ and had to change accommodations on day two. The apartment is on a steep street, far from the center, and on the second floor with no elevator. The stairs are narrow and steep, which was difficult with my knee issues. There was no air conditioning in the bedroom during 30° heat, and I woke up to loud roof construction noise. Communication was poor and only through WhatsApp. I had to insist for a call, and the person in charge told me they couldn’t help. Instead of offering solutions, they blamed me and said I should have checked if the place was suitable. The owner refused to speak with me. They first offered a half refund, then after I posted my honest experience on Google, they reversed it and said they couldn’t refund because they hadn’t been paid by Booking yet. I lost money and time having to book a hotel to salvage the rest of my trip. I could not stay in these conditions. I don’t recommend this property or its management.
