Had the time of our lives!
10.0Amazing location, felt like it was only a few minutes walk from everything!! Florence was amazing and this hotel was right in the heart of it. It was very easy to get in and we had no issues
− We had no issues with it but it is to be noted there was no airconditioning in our room however there was a strong ceiling fan so it was never a problem.

− There was no toilet paper on one of two bathrooms, and the floor in the bathrooms was dirty in the evening. There was no staff, but they informed us about it in message, but they also didn’t reply anything in whatsapp when I sent documents and asked questions.
