Very poor in assisting guest in case of emergency

− I rarely leave negative reviews, but after our experience at Iris Apartment, I feel it is important to share what happened so that future guests are aware. While the apartment itself had some positive aspects, the complete lack of support during a serious emergency made our stay extremely stressful and unacceptable. No guest should ever have to experience what we went through. - There was no emergency helpline available if something unexpected happened. - On our second night, we were locked out of the building because the main entrance door would not open (automatic door is faulty) - Despite repeatedly trying to contact Iris Apartment, no one came to help except Lapo. He eventually came to assist us but he was also unable to resolve the issue. Instead of arranging an alternative solution or providing further assistance, he left us outside without any resolution - Contacted 112 (Police) but they said, the can't intervene as this is a private property - There is a FAAC Automatico sign beside the door. I contacted them to help resolve the faulty door, but no one has answered my calls. We had no choice but to sleep on the roadside until morning, waiting for someone inside the building to open the door. The incident caused significant stress, inconvenience, and safety concerns.

apartment was big and location was great.

− There was a water issue in the apartment; the water pressure was very low and it kept getting cold. We contacted the host about this problem, but he didn’t even try to fix it. As a result, I fell ill with a fever.

Apartamento moderno, excelente ubicación y anfitrión excepcional

Nos encantó nuestra estancia. La ubicación es excelente y permite recorrer Florencia muy fácilmente. El apartamento es completamente nuevo, moderno, amplio y muy cómodo. Éramos un grupo de cinco personas y estuvimos muy a gusto. Tener dos baños fue una gran ventaja y la cocina nos permitió preparar nuestros desayunos sin problema. Además, contar con una lavadora fue de mucha ayuda durante el viaje. Oscar fue un anfitrión excepcional: siempre estuvo pendiente de nosotros, fue muy amable y nos dio excelentes recomendaciones para disfrutar la ciudad. Sin duda, volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí.

Assolutamente nulla

− Da dove partite…Purtroppo non posso assegnare meno di una stella. Il soggiorno presso questa struttura è stato un vero e proprio incubo che si è concluso nel peggiore dei modi. Fin dal primo momento si è avuta l'impressione che la pulizia lasciasse molto a desiderare, ma la realtà si è rivelata catastrofica durante la notte. Un ospite si è svegliato coperto di morsi su tutto il corpo; inizialmente si è pensato a delle semplici zanzare, ma il dolore, il bruciore intenso e la reazione allergica hanno reso evidente che si trattasse di una grave infestazione di cimici da letto. La situazione era così grave e dolorosa che si è reso necessario recarsi d'urgenza presso il più vicino presidio medico. Il personale sanitario ha confermato che le lesioni cutanee erano compatibili con morsi di cimici, causati da una scarsa (se non nulla) igiene dei materassi e della biancheria. Oltre al danno fisico e allo stress subito, è inaccettabile che una struttura ricettiva operi in condizioni igieniche così carenti, mettendo a rischio la salute dei propri ospiti. La gestione ha mostrato totale negligenza. Sconsiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque. Prima di prenotare, tenete bene a mente che la pulizia qui non è solo una questione estetica, ma un serio problema di salute pubblica.
