The location was great but we had some issues with plumbing and not having warm water to shower in. The owners were nice

10.0非常棒！唯一的缺点是第一次来不太好找，建议酒店多发几张多角度大门的照片。服务设施等甚至比某些同等酒店都要好。前台工作人员认真负责且热情。早餐可以选择吃什么，在对应时间段送到房间门口，内容丰富。前台还有制冰机，在这么高温的夏天非常爽。刚进入房间内空调也是已经开好等待客人，冰箱内免费的四瓶冰镇饮料以及冰好的两大瓶水，非常贴心。迄今为止住到过最满意的民宿，非常非常非常好！！！

10.0Et fantastisk opphold hos B&B Cerretani Palace. Alt fra vertskapet/personale - de var super hyggelig og veldig behjelpelig med alt vi trengte hjelp med i Firenze, til frokosten som ble servert på rommet hver morgen og ikke minst prima beliggenhet. Vi fikk også lov til å sjekke ut 1t senere enn hva som egt var meningen, uten problemer. Så sentralt som du får det! Kommer gjerne tilbake hit! Tusen takk.
