Extremely comfortable stay, with an extraordinary bed - great and helpful staff - will stay again!
10.0Amazing stay - staff was incredibly helpful, especially Alex, who helped us with directions, recommendation and reservations! Room was huge and extremely well designed, especially the bath which had a tub plus separate shower with multiple options (showerhead, rain, single stream, multi-direction). The bed was extremely nice - I cannot stress enough how nice the bed was. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Kyoto!
