Good location but dirty room and argumentative owners

− The shower leaked everywhere soaking the floor regardless of shower mat. The walls are incredibly thin. The curtains were poor and let excessive light through. Stained bedsheets and towels. Noise from other guests unacceptable. When raised with owner, they argued back and only offered €30 cleaning fee despite the filthy sheets and towels s a refund. Very argumentative and stubborn, completely disregarding a paying customers issues basically saying we just had to accept it. Extremely poor customer service!

9.0Το δωματιο ηταν καινουριο κ πολύ ανετο κ ωραιο. Ηταν σε κεντρικη τοποθεσια ακριβως μπροστα στο βατικανο. Παρολο που ειχε ολη μερα πολυ κοσμο δεν ειχε θορυβο.Ειχε κοντα μετρο λεοφωρειο και με τα ποδια αν εχεις διαθεση για περπατημα η διαδρομη προς κεντρο ειναι πανεμορφη μεσα απο βατικανο κ επειτα παραποταμια. Η εποικινωνία γινοταν μονο μεσω μηνυματων με τον οικοδεδπότη. Αλλά απαντουσε αμεσα σε όλα
− Μειναμε 5 ημερες κ δεν καθαρισαν ποτέ. Θα μπορουσε να υπαρχει μια σκουπα κ μια σφουγγαριστρα να μαζευουμε εστω μονοι μας τα νερα απο το μπανιο. Το οποιο αν κ καινουριο δεν ειχε παραθυρο κ δεν στεγνωνε ποτέ
Magnifique et agréable
9.0Il correspondait parfaitement à la description. Je le recommande vivement en face de l’entrée du musée du Vatican. Mes enfants l’ont adoré et nous aussi.
