5.0La atención del personal encargado de recibirnos es excelente, siempre pendientes de nuestra llegada
− La experiencia no fue la esperada, ya que la publicación da la impresión de un hotel, cuando en realidad es un apartamento compartido. Está ubicado en un semisótano, con poca luz natural, ventilación limitada y olor a humedad. Además, se comparten la cocina y las llaves con otros huéspedes, algo que debería informarse con mayor claridad. El desayuno anunciado como incluido consiste únicamente en algunos productos básicos para preparar por cuenta propia, y varios de ellos ya estaban abiertos, es decir sobraron de huéspedes anteriores y una mantequilla estaba expirado. Una descripción más precisa del alojamiento ayudaría a que las expectativas de los huéspedes coincidan con la experiencia real.

9.0Uitbaatster Simonetta ging tot het uiterste om onze vertraagde aankomst per vliegtuig toch nog in goede banen te leiden. Ze was ruim na inchecktijd zelf aanwezig en regelde ter plekke nog een reservering bij een restaurant voor een zeer laat diner. De accommodatie is half-souterrain gelegen in een stil, regulier wooncomplex op slechts tien minuten lopen van Vaticaanstad. De twee slaapkamers waren ruim en met goede airco, de douche was comfortabel en in de (met één andere kamer gemeenschappelijk gebruikte) keuken was een bescheiden ontbijt voorhanden. Bakker en supermarkt dichtbij.
− De kussens zouden groter en zachter mogen (zijn dun, van langwerpig formaat en vrij hard).
Cristina e Simonetta foram muito cordiais e acolhedoras.

9.0Die Lage war super. Gute Gegend. In der Nähe vom St.Peters Dom. Auch die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich & hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Rom.
− Eine Aussicht gab es eigentlich nicht vom Zimmer. Aber da wir vor Allem in der Stadt waren, so hat uns das nicht gross gestört.
